Profile
Occupying a two-storey, 500sq.m site in the Orchard Hotel Shopping Arcade,
off Orchard Road, Muddy Murphy's is a "three-concepts-in-one"
traditional pub. Upstairs
is a turn-of-the-century Dublin City grocery store. With high ceilings
and plush wood finishing, this bar appeals to small business groups and
friends socialising in a more refined atmosphere, where one can easily
hold a conversation or unwind. The
basement area comprises an open-air "farmyard" and traditional
Irish country cottage Pub. This is where the crowd congregates for a spot
of revelling in a much livelier atmosphere. Click

Muddy Murphy's has a service concept that captures the relaxed, friendly and informal nature of the Irish and combines it with the attentiveness and efficiency of Asia. For beverage selection Muddy Murphy's boasts possibly the most competitively priced selection of wines. However Muddy Murphy's really sets the standards is in the quality and selection of the draught beers it serves. Creamy red ales such as Kilkenny Irish ale and Old Speckled Hen from the U.K. are partnered with Guinness Draught, Heineken, Anchor, Erdinger, Tiger Beer and Strongbow Cider producing possibly the widest selection of draught beers within a single outlet in Singapore.
Food at Muddy Murphy's is prepared by our internationally trained chefs, each adding his own cultural and personal touch to the recipes featured on the menus, resulting in delights from European climes and of flavours more befitting Singapore and Asia.
