Following the success of the many gastro pubs that have leapt to culinary prominence around the world over the past decade, Muddy Murphy’s aims to combine both the traditional and modern cuisines of Ireland and the UK in its new menu. It will retain the character of a traditional Irish pub but overhaul its menu to concentrate on fresh ingredients and food quality.
